Neck lift is often a part of a face lift procedure or done on its own which still re-drapes and tightens to lower face ; the redundancy in the neck can be corrected & tightened with minimally visible scars. Liposuction can also be use in a few selected cases, often where skin tone is appropriate and is expected to re-drape well.
These procedures are often long, taking 3-5 hours and often needs one or two days in hospital, a special compression garment is required to be worn for a few weeks after surgery.
