Unequal size of breast is most often managed by reducing or augmenting one or both sides to achieve symmetry, implants may be needed in one or both sides.
If the degree of asymmetry is mild then only one procedure is needed, however if the condition involves constriction of one (or both) breasts then this can be a challenging operation and often needs more than one stage (procedure) to get a good result.
